Industrial Skillset separates learning completion, assessment-backed program evidence, employer qualification and private certification or designation. Those are different claims and should never be collapsed into one ambiguous certificate.
Typical issuer: Industrial Skillset / applicable learning program
What it means
Confirms completion of the learning requirements stated by the applicable program.
What it does not mean
It does not by itself establish machine authorization, employer qualification, licensing or independent professional status.
Typical issuer: Industrial Skillset / applicable program
What it means
Confirms that the learner met the stated assessment requirements of a defined program.
What it does not mean
It does not imply approval or accreditation by an external standards body unless that relationship is explicitly documented.
Typical issuer: Employer or authorized operating organization
What it means
May document observed tasks, supervised practice, site qualification or other employer-controlled evidence.
What it does not mean
Industrial Skillset does not convert generic learning completion into employer authorization. The employer controls qualification scope and validity.
Typical issuer: Industrial Skillset or another applicable IOXN brand under a separate program
What it means
Represents a separately governed certification, designation or provider status with its own evidence review, decision and validity requirements.
What it does not mean
It is not automatically earned by taking a course or buying Professional Learning Access.
Issuer, subject, record type, program or scope, status, identifier and any applicable issue, expiry or renewal information.
The live registry—not a PDF or screenshot—is the authoritative public status where verification is supported.
A record can attest only to requirements actually completed and evidence actually reviewed under the applicable program.
